Information you send through the inquiry form

The project inquiry form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, a project type and a description of the project. When you select “Send Inquiry”, those details are sent directly to the website’s server, checked, and stored in a private inquiry record in the website’s hosted database. The form does not open your email application. A confirmation appears on the page only after your inquiry has been saved.

After your inquiry is saved, the website server sends an email notification containing the details you entered to Stimis at a fixed business address, so the team can reply. The notification is sent from the website’s own sending address and lists your email as the reply-to address. The inquiry record notes whether that notification was sent.

If the form cannot be sent, it keeps what you typed and offers the Stimis phone number and an email link instead. If you use those alternatives, your phone or email provider handles that communication.

Spam prevention

To limit automated and repeated submissions, the form includes a hidden field that people do not see, and the server limits how many inquiries can be sent from the same email address within an hour. The inquiry record does not include your IP address.

How Stimis uses this information

Stimis uses the information you send to respond to your inquiry, understand the project scope and communicate about potential or ongoing work. Stimis does not sell inquiry information. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential plans in an initial inquiry; ask about an appropriate way to share them first.

Service providers

The website is hosted and delivered through Lovable, including its Lovable Cloud database (which runs on Supabase infrastructure) and Lovable Emails, which sends the inquiry notification. Pages and photographs are delivered through hosting and content delivery networks, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Like any website, these services receive technical information needed to deliver pages, such as your IP address, browser information and the pages requested, and they handle it under their own terms and policies. Email that Stimis receives and sends is also handled by Stimis’s email provider.

Cookies and tracking

Stimis has not added advertising pixels, analytics tags, embedded maps, payment services or account registration to this website, and the site’s own code does not save form values in your browser. Hosting and security services may use technical cookies or similar tools to operate and protect the site. If Stimis adds analytics or other tracking in the future, this policy will be updated and any required consent controls will be added first.

Who can see inquiries and how long they are kept

Inquiry records are not publicly viewable. They are available to Stimis and to the service providers that operate the website, database and email delivery, only as needed to provide those services. Stimis keeps inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, manage potential or ongoing projects, keep business records and meet legal obligations.
